FORMATION OF THE STRUCTURE OF THE HOUSING FUND OF THE FIRST MASS DEVELOPMENT SERIES IN THE CITY OF BELGOROD

چکیده
The article considers the typology of housing stock mass building series on example city Belgorod. Data its classifications are presented: according to form ownership, purpose use, planning structure, design features. Analyzed historical archival data relating development in main stages residential territories Belgorod singled out: from 1945 1964. - period restoration after hostilities and beginning construction; 1964 1980s active construction stock; – present modern period. Each time was studied a number factors: population, area, storeys, materials, solutions for buildings series, etc. sequence formation structure nearby settlements is considered. current state first analyzed. characteristic types areas promising renovation identified.

این پژوهش با هدف "بررسی وضعیت موجود آموزش عالی مجازی در ایران و راههای توسعه و ارتقای آن " و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی صورت پذیرفته است. بررسی اسنادو مدارک موجود در زمینه آموزش مجازی نشان داد تعداد دانشجویان و مقاطع تحصیلی و رشته محل های دوره های الکترونیکی چندان مطلوب نبوده و از نظر کیفی نیز وضعیت شاخص خدمات آموزشی اساتید و وضعیت شبکه اینترنت در محیط آموزش مجازی نامطلوب است.
